Refund policy

Every Mercati Generali piece is printed to order, just for you. For this reason we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted, email info@mercatigenerali.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Wrong or lost orders
If you received the wrong item, or your order hasn't arrived when expected, email us and we'll fix it.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 15 minutes of purchase, before it goes into production.

Your rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country.
